Delete your PintRunner account

In the app
- Open PintRunner and go to Profile, then Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Type
DELETEto confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.
If you can't use the app
Email support@pintrunner.com from the email address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my PintRunner account". We may reply to check it's you, and we'll delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account details: username, email address and sign-in information.
- Your profile photo.
- Your stored location information.
- Your place in any events you've joined.
Our nightly backups are kept for 14 days, so deleted information can remain in a backup for up to that long before it's removed.
Deleting your account can't be undone. If you only want to stop notifications or location sharing, you can turn those off in the app's Settings or in your phone's settings instead.
